Quick Start for Online appraisal request!
Log in, fill in the 5 required items and any additional information you want to share, along with a contact entry person, then hit send. Your order goes directly to our fax and into the tracking system.    Checking your order status and picking up your report, can be done by using your log in.  Helpful hints are; keep your user name and password short like "PDQ", only fill in the blanks that are useful, place all other info under additional info and let us sort it out.  Remember, a normal "full" appraisal is a "1004 Full/URAR" and the normal "Exterior" appraisal is a "Fannie 2055 Driveby."   We will do most of the forms listed under the different form types.
